DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Shipping rates $3.00 shipping and handling for first book; $1.00 for each additional book. You may pay with Cash, Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa accounts. Please contact our publications office at 520 617-1166.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
Shipping rates on our order instructions are for U.S. domestic mail. You may pay with MasterCard or Visa accounts. Please include your card number with expiration date for all orders. We cannot accept foreign currency, foreign bank checks, or checks on U.S. banks without imprinted bank numbers.

FOREIGN SHIPPING CHARGES:
Surface mail: $6 first book, $1.50 each additional book. Contact us for parcel post and airmail charges.
