Arizona Historical Society Online Store Policies and Customer Service Information

Member discount: Members must login when prompted. Discount pricing will be visible upon login.
Shipping: Expect Items to arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date an order was placed. Shipping is $8.00, plus a per-item handling fee. Total fees can be seen during the checkout process. Express shipping is not available.
International Orders: International orders are not available for online purchases. Please contact 520-617-1141 or [email protected] if you would like to place an international order.
Order tracking: An email containing your tracking number will be sent upon shipment of your order.
Curbside Pickup and Telephone Orders: Please contact customer service to place an order and provide your payment information.
Returns: Please contact Customer Service for return instructions. Arizona Historical Society (AHS) must receive returns within 15 days of delivery to the customer. It is suggested that returns be shipped via USPS or other carrier that provides tracking information.
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment, and when AHS has received returned items. Credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your card statement. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Exchange: Please contact Customer Service for exchange instructions and confirmation of replacement product availability. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs to return original merchandise. AHS is responsible for payment of shipping costs to send replacement merchandise to the customer.
Order Cancellations: Please contact Customer Service.
Sending a gift: If the purchase is a gift, place the address of the recipient in the shipping address section, when placing an order.
To purchase merchandise seen at an AHS Museum, but not available on the AHS Website:
The AHS online store does not offer all merchandise sold in each museum gift shop. Please contact the appropriate museum to purchase merchandise which may have been seen at an AHS gift shop, but that is not available on the AHS Website.
