Ranchers have unique jobs. Arizona’s family-owned ranches do more than raise cattle; they influence communities, the economy, public health, and the environment. They must breed and care for their animals responsibly, manage public grazing land, and work to decrease water consumption.
Join us as Arizona ranchers discuss the challenges of ranching in today’s environment. They will cover topics impacting ranching, including how technology and scientific research change the ranching experience, the impact of climate change, death/inheritance taxes, foreign competition and reintroduction of predators.
