How to submit:

Sharing your story is simple! Go to covid-19archive.org and follow the instructions to upload your images, videos, documents, screenshots, or audio files with a short description of what it means to you and your Covid experience. Tag your submission with #AZHistory and other relevant hashtags (check out this page for popular tags).

#AZHistory

Tagging us will help future historians compare how Arizonans experienced the pandemic to other participants from around the world. If you’re interested in conducting an oral history with someone about their Covid experience to submit to the Journal, check out our webinar on Socially-Distanced Oral Histories and accompanying handout for tips and tricks on how to do so.

Sharing Your Stories:

  • Covid experiences (How has Covid-19 impacted Arizona businesses, schools, health experiences, jobs, families, etc).
  • Photos and videos
  • Oral histories – (check out our guide to Covid oral histories for ideas of who to interview/what to ask)
