Event Details
Before Arizona became a state, women campaigned for the right to vote throughout Arizona. The Summer of Love for Women’s Suffrage began in 1912 to get the word out about women’s fight for equality and also gain the support of male voters in the upcoming November election. Join Abbey Buckham at Pioneer Museum for a fascinating evening and learn about the historic events that led to women’s right to vote in Arizona.
